However,Philemon instead confessed Christ Jesus. He was beheaded. Apollonius repented and was also beheaded.

Saint Philemon (died 305) was an actor at Antinoöpolis, Egypt, who was converted by saint Apollonius. They were martyred together under the persecutions of Diocletian. Their feast day is 8 March. Philemon is the patron saint of dancers.
