Christ Church (Jerusalem, Israel)

Not far from the Jaffa Gate, opposite the Citadel of David, there is a Protestant church, whose architectural style is quite different from the nearby buildings of the Old City. This is the Anglican Church of Christ. Although it was built according to Jerusalem standards, it can be said that recently - in the middle of the nineteenth century - many interesting events not only local, but also world history are associated with it.
