Given the area of the district and the absence of churches, there was a need to build a completely new temple. After the land was marked out for the construction of the temple, a prayer house was temporarily erected nearby. Before the foundation of the foundation pit, the ground was illuminated. The consecration ceremony was conducted by Archbishop Panteleimon of Rostov and Novocherkassk. After the consecration, on September 11, 2004, the builders started digging the pit. Years after the start of construction work, the brickwork for the bell tower and the main dome was completely erected, double-glazed windows, entrance doors were installed, domes arrived at the site. The builders have started wiring and other electrical work. Engineering networks and communications began to be laid, the finishing preparation of the walls was completed in the basement and molar work began. At the same moment, they began to erect a spiral staircase that leads to the top of the main dome. A belfry was made for small bell towers, which included 9 different bells. Only in 2007 the temple was fully ready and put into operation. By this time, the exterior and exterior walls were finished. The surface of the inner walls was prepared for painting. By that time, a carved iconostasis was mounted, which is made of wood. All carpentry work was completed, utility rooms, a library were equipped, equipment for a lecture hall was purchased.
