All the doors of this world are open to me, just as our doors are open to everyone, only the door of my home, the Pech Patriarchate, is closed and I am not let in.
As the Patriarch of Serbia, as a citizen and as a believer, I know and say that God Himself will open this door sooner or later. Those who have closed the doors of the house of prayer are doing evil first to themselves and then to all people. They have closed the door to all good, goodness and happiness. When the Serbian Patriarch is similarly denied freedom of movement, what happens to the Serbs living in the ghetto? I tell them to be patient, because whoever endures to the end will be saved. If they have closed the doors of the Pec Patriarchate to the Patriarch of Serbia, surely they cannot close our love and our good intentions. Surely for us, especially in Kosovo and Metohija, heaven is open and will open all the doors that evil has closed.
