The publishing house of the Sretensky Monastery has published a reprint of the works of St. Nicholas of Serbia (Velimirovich) - theologian, philosopher, honorary doctor of several world-famous universities, whom St. John of Shanghai and San Francisco called "the great saint, the Chrysostom of our days and the universal teacher of Orthodoxy".
St. Nicholas' literary and theological writings, written in simple and accessible language, are remarkable for their variety, depth and power. The 1st and 2nd books of the collection include St. Nicholas' talks on Sunday Gospel readings, conducted by him in different years. The 3rd book of the collection includes "Missionary Letters" - the saint's answers to various questions of the laity. The collection opens with a brief biography of the saint written by Hieromonk Ignatius (Shestakov).
