Viktorov, Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the head of the Spiritual Mission as part of the Russian Church Abroad Archimandrite Roman (Krasovsky), Abbesses of the Russian Eleonite monasteries Hegumen Elizabeth (Shmelts) and Hegumen Barbara (Novikova), Abbess Catherine (Chernysheva), Abbess of the Gorno Nunnery in Ein Karem, as well as the staff and clergy of the Russian Theological Mission.
