On July 8, 2024, the city of Murom held celebrations dedicated to the day of commemoration of the sainted Venerable Blessed Princes Peter and Fevronia, the Murom wonderworkers.

The liturgy was preceded by the meeting of the miracle-working icon of the Mother of God «Kazanskaya-Vyaznikovskaya», the 400th anniversary of the appearance of which is celebrated this year.
The liturgical chants were sung by The archdiocesan choir of the Vladimir Metropolis under the direction of T.V. Ohanyan and the combined women's choir of the Murom diocese under the direction of N.V. Shipovskaya. The hymns in the altar were sung by the choir of clergy of the diocese under the direction of Priest Alexei Volkov.
The sermon before communion was delivered by Archimandrite Melchizedek (Artyukhin).
At the end of the Liturgy there was a glorification of the Holy Blessed Princes. Then Metropolitan Paul and Metropolitan Tikhon addressed the clergy and numerous pilgrims. Also the head of the district of Murom E.E. Rychkov welcomed the participants of the celebrations.
The celebration included the awarding of large families with Patriarchal badges of motherhood. Young couples wishing to marry were blessed at the relics of St. Peter and St. Fevronia.
Immediately after the Liturgy, the clergy of the diocese served a prayer service for the creation of a family and family well-being.
