In turn, FSUE «Main Center for Special Communication» provides an opportunity to conduct spiritual-educational events on its territory, provides the necessary conditions for their realization and assists in the realization of spiritual-educational activities of the synodal department.

And I am pleased to see how today the centuries-old traditions of interaction between the Church and the state are being restored. The Church is actively cooperating with the army and law enforcement agencies, providing them with the necessary spiritual help and support.
«We are engaged in transportation of dangerous goods — weapons, valuables, secret documentation. Working with weapons is always associated with the risk of their misuse.
