The publisher and author presented to His Holiness the three-volume critical edition of the "Collection of Serbian Kings and Archbishops", which represents an exceptional contribution to Serbian philological science, especially in the field of textology and literary history. The entire manuscript heritage of the Compendium (22 manuscripts and fragments) of the 16th-18th centuries has been studied in detail, and the basis of the edition is the codex from the Archive of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, written in 1553 by Milesheva for the monastery of Hilandar. Compositionally the most complex work of old Serbian literature, created in the age of HIV and whose main author is Archbishop Danilo Friends, now finally available in the right light to the scientific and general cultural public.
