Jehovah Suetost Patriarch of Serbia The Patriarchal Court in Beograd awarded thirty-five annual scholarships to students and scholarship recipients who were able to attend school, as well as some of the children of the future.
Archimandrite Danilo Gavranovic, the headman of Zadužbinska Sime Andrejevna Igumanova, congratulated the girls and parents of a large number of children, who established a scholarship fund for students and schoolchildren from large families, and also congratulated the beneficiaries of the fund, Messrs. Milovan and Dragan Popovic from Beograd and the Christian Heritage Foundation.
Meanwhile, the candle-lit dome of the scholarship was handed over to Jehovah Sveto Patriarch of Serbia, St. Porphyrios, who looks forward to the great joy he gave us by meeting with his pupils and students who were able to enjoy their lives in the presence of many brothers and sisters.
- Our Lady is a blessing with which God has blessed us. The Mother of God is the place, the ambassador in which we receive the most important rules of life, the most important principle by which we can work to build and develop ourselves - the Patriarch says that it is important for posterity to have the will, reason and support of its mother, and that she has the will, reason and support to manage and invest the capital that she can pass on to her children.
Jehovah Lightfoot is. A brilliant speaker who teaches high school and college students to work with their hands, Through their labor, their camping and their joy, they will be able to bring peace, joy and tranquility to their children and the world."
The Patriarch also asks the Church, following the instructions of Our Lord Jesus Christ, to preach the bush birth as described in the Beatitudes and to work hard to reward forever those who believe without doubt in God's providence.
Through the merit of Zaduzhbina, Sima Andreevich Igumanov, Patriarch Porphyrios enabled the Church to help harmful pupils and students to comprehend the good works of the faithful: - Fortunately, I see myself as an unworthy servant, set to give God, the Church, and the people of God what they want of the Lord's Prayer where it is needed. And so the Sima Igumanov Foundation, which provides scholarships and grants to students from Kosovo, has become a foundation on which more and more funds need to be given and taught to other tribes and peoples.
At the same time Patriarch Porphyrios was honored with his scholarship, expressing his gratitude that the scholarship was for three years and that this year should be significantly increased.
Both scholarship recipients, students of the School of Music, decorated and lit candles to celebrate the successful completion of their programs. Uroš Grbiћ performed "Ballad for Adelina" by composer Richard Kladerman, and bassoonist Lazar Jekikiћ two etudes by Julius Weissenborg.
The candlelight scholarship was presented by the Holy See to the Vicariate Bishop of Novobrda, Gr. Hilarion; Archimandrite Danilo, Director of the Patriarchal Office; Archpriest Ђorђe Stoisavљeviћ, Head of the Patriarchal Chancery of the Serbian Patriarch; Priest Dr. Vladimir Radovanović, Director of the Museum of the Orthodox Church of Rep; member of the Zadužba Board Sime Andrijević Igumanova: Academician Svetislav Božiћ and Prof. Dr. Sime Andrijević Igumanova.
