His Holiness wished the newly elected President of the Municipality of Sremski Karlovci success in his responsible duties, emphasizing the great importance of this place for the history, as well as for the future of the Serbian Orthodox Church, given that Sremski Karlovci represents one of the historical residences of the Serbian patriarchs and has been successfully located there for 230 years, to the pride of the Serbian race.
