His Holiness Patriarch Porfirios of Serbia was present 22. June 2024 at the spiritual requiem of the memory of Serbian officers at the Olsdorf Cemetery in Hamburg.
In the main chapel of the Olsdorf Cemetery Park, His Eminence Bishop Sergius of Bihać-Petrovac, with the votive participation of Patriarch Porfirije of Serbia, Metropolitan Gregory of Germany, and Bishops Irinej of Washington-New York and Irenaeus and John of Hum were commemorated.
After the commemoration, His Holiness visited, accompanied by the fatherly bishops, the memorial and graves of Serbian officers who died in World War II, as well as the plot set aside for the burial of Serbian parishioners in Hamburg.
