The Holy Archdiocese reports that the Church Commissions, in cooperation with all organized groups of occupied parishes and communities, are making the celebration of Our Lady of Cathars in refugees.
On Bright Monday, May 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Holy Church of Agios Stylianos in the village of Aspre Strovolos, Solemn Resurrection Vespers will be served under the presidency of Theophilos, Bishop of Mesaoria, Mr. Grigorios, President of the Occupied Holy Archdiocese Church Committees.
On Bright Tuesday, May 7, 2024, a Resurrection Divine Liturgy will be celebrated in the morning in the same Holy Church.
Prayers will be offered everywhere for the health of our compatriots, for the liberation and return to our occupied homeland, for the finding of the missing and for the repose of the souls of our relatives who passed away before and after the Turkish invasion of 1974.
