His Eminence was served by Archpriest Dionisy Kazantsev, secretary of the Holy Patriarch for the Moscow region, secretary of the diocesan administration of the Odintsovo diocese, Archpriest Dionisy Kazantsev, head of the legal service of the Moscow Metropolis, secretary of the diocesan council of the Odintsovo diocese, rector of St. Nicholas Cathedral, Priest Vasily Losev, and the clergy of the cathedral.
Then, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia, Archbishop Thomas celebrated a memorial service at the spontaneous memorial at the site of the terrorist attack.
The bishop laid a wreath to the memorial from the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Archpriest Dionisy Kazantsev, Priest Vasily Losev, clergy of the Odintsovo diocese served at the memorial service.
The service was attended by First Deputy Head of Krasnogorsk Urban District N.S. Timoshina, Deputy Head of the World Russian People's Cathedral S.Y. Rudov, Director of the Crocus City Hall R.V. Grachev, relatives of those killed and injured in the terrorist attack, volunteers, residents of the capital and Moscow region.
At the end of the memorial service Archbishop Thomas gave the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill and addressed the audience with words of comfort and support.
The service was broadcast live on TV channels "360", "Spas", as well as other central and regional channels.
