According to Jewish News with reference to the Ministry of Antiquities of the Arab Republic of Egypt, underwater archaeologists at the bottom of the Red Sea found large quantities of parts of military equipment and the remains of four hundred people. These findings, according to scientists, date back to the fourteenth century BC - the era of the reign of Pharaoh Akhenaten. All of them are scattered on the seabed over an area of two hundred square meters. In addition to weapons and parts of military ammunition, there are also parts of war chariots in significant numbers. Professor of Cairo University Abed El-Muhammad Gader does not exclude that everything found could belong to the army of the pharaoh, who persecuted the Jews, led by Moses, and found its end at the bottom of the sea - these events are described in detail in the Old Testament book of Exodus. The expedition's leadership plans to expand the search area in the hope of re-creating a more complete picture of events.
