St. Sabinas of Kemet

(known as Sabinas of Kemet, Abibus, Phanas) martyr and procurator of Kemet, 287 A.D., bishop of Hermopolis in Kemet.
The Roman Emperor Diocletian persecution reigned terror. I hid myself with other Christians in a small dwelling. A beggar betrayed me. Authorities took me to Antinoe. After being severely tortured, I was drowned in the Nile (Scamander) 13 Mar., Greek Church, 16 Mar., Coptic, 20 Feb.
