St. Rufus (Roux)

I am the son of Simon of Cyrene (Africa). My father helped Yeshua carry the cross. Tradition says (not agreed by all) that I followed St. Paul to Spain. There, I was appointed the
first bishop of Tortosa.
Later I went with St. Sergius to Narbonne. I preached Jesus in Avignon regions. I died around 90 A.D., 22 Mar. (Old date). 14 Nov. 27 Nov.
