Martyr in Alexandria . I followed Origen. My brother was St. Heracles, Bishop of Alexandria who died in 247 A.D. I was among the first persecution martyrs of Septimius Severus in Kemet.
Origen visited me in jail, but the mob more than killed him. Latin rite 28 June, with Serenus, Heraclides, catechumen, Heron, the neophyte, another Serenus, Potamioena, the maiden and her mother, Marcella. We died 202 A.D., 28 June.
