St. Maurilius

Benedictine archbishop and a leading churchman of his era. He was a native of Reims and served the Benedictines in many administrative capacities in Normandy, and in Florence, Italy. In 1055, he became archbishop of Rouen and was considered an outstanding churchman of his era.
