Martyr with Sts. Marcellus, Sergius, and Bacchus. They were followers of Simon Magus, the Roman magician who tried to confront St. Peter and to overthrow Christianity. St. Peter converted Apuleius and his companions. They are believed to have been martyred in Rome shortly after St. Peter. They are venerated as martyrs in Capua, Italy.
