A martyr converted by St. Sisinnius. Apronian was an executioner in Rome. During Emperor Diocletian's persecutions, he witnessed the faith of St. Sisinnius, whom he was taking before a tribunal. Apronian declared his faith and was beheaded for being a Christian at Ancona, Italy.
