St. Quadratus

Feastday: August 21
Death: 3rd century

Martyr and bishop of Utica, France. He was praised by St. Augustine. The Christians in Utica suffered severely under the Romans, and Quadratus and most of his flock were martyred and subsequently deeply revered by Augustine and others in the African Church.
