On January 19, 2024, on the Feast of the Epiphany of the Lord, Patriarchal Exarch of All Belarus Metropolitan of Minsk and Zaslavl Benjamin celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the church-monument in honor of All Saints and in memory of the victims who served to save the Fatherland. Minsk.

His Eminence was served by: the chairman of the Synodal Department of the Belarusian Orthodox Church for Cooperation with Secular Educational Institutions, Archpriest Theodore Povny, the dean of the 4th Minsk City Church District, Archpriest Andrei Volkov, the secretary of the Minsk Diocese, and the clergy of the church. After the Litany of Liturgy, the Patriarchal Exarch offered a prayer for the restoration of peace. Archpriest Theodore Povny delivered the sermon before communion. After the intercessory prayer, the great consecration of water took place.

In the afternoon, the Patriarchal Exarch celebrated a prayer service and a rite of great consecration of water at the 10th City Clinical Hospital in Minsk.
His Eminence was served by the chairman of the Synodal Pilgrimage Department of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, the dean of the 7th Minsk city district, rector of the parish of the Church of St. Seraphim of Sarov in Minsk, Archpriest Alexander Shiriton, and clerics of the Seraphim parish in Minsk.
Special prayers were said for all the workers and patients of medical institutions.
At the end of the service, the bishop congratulated those present on the Feast of the Holy Epiphany and addressed a word of edification. The Archpastor presented awards of the Belarusian Orthodox Church to the medical staff and employees of the hospital and thanked all the doctors for their noble work.
In his turn, the chief physician Viktor Isachkin expressed his gratitude to Vladyka Veniamin for the prayer service held within the walls of the hospital.
As a memento of the event, small icons of the Blessed Virgin Mary "Jerusalem" were distributed to all participants of the prayer service.
