On March 18, the Iskra library in the town of Kocani, northern Macedonia, opened another exhibition "To meet the Russian Tsar. The Romanovs - the Tsar's Service". The joint project of the Kumanovo Writers' Society and the Moscow Sretensky Monastery continues to be successfully realized in Macedonia. The exhibition presents photographs of the Royal Family, telling about their daily life, service to the Fatherland and neighbors. The collection of historical photographs is provided by the Sretensky Monastery. At the opening of the exhibition in Kochany, Russian songs and romances were traditionally performed. Students of the RMU "Risto Jurukov" in Kočani, Aleksandra Georgieva and Stefan Mitkov, performed D. Shostakovich's Russian Waltz under the direction of Professors David Velkov and Jovanka Milojević. The song "In the Moonlight" performed by Mima Mladenovska accompanied by Voislav Petrov was performed. A choreographic number performed by ballerina Ivona Zinzirovska from the Skopje Opera and Ballet, a member of the Russian ensemble "Seagull from Skopje", was presented. The ballerina is also the great-granddaughter of Alexander Kostin, an officer of the Romanov White Guard Cavalry.
