Family values through the century. In Andreevka opened a photo exhibition "The Royal Family. Love and Mercy", report "Vesti Sevastopol". The exhibition features 105 photos of the Romanovs during the reign of Nicholas II. The audio guide, which was created by students and teachers of the Higher School of Economics, tells about who is depicted in the photos and where they were taken.

One of the first visitors to the exhibition were Natalia and Kirill Mamaev. They say they wanted to know more about the life of the royal family and the love of Nicholas II and Alexandra Feodorovna. Looking at the photos, they could not pass by the Romanov family portrait.

"This picture, when they are all sitting, the whole family, when you look at them and think: so even the picture was is imbued with their love, it's really a family when they are together - it's a family at all! - Natalia and Kirill Mamaev shared the visitors of the exhibition.

A series of Crimean photos is also presented here. Nicholas II liked to vacation on the peninsula with his family. Only in Sevastopol he was 13 times. The emperor inspected the ships of the Black Sea Fleet, visited temples and Chersonesos to assess the scale of excavations of the ancient polis, supported archaeological research and preservation of cultural monuments. During World War I, he visited the wounded in hospitals and spent much time socializing with veterans of the Crimean War.

"Crimean photographs are also a unique part of the exhibition. Especially we are located in Crimea, in the Sevastopol area. And, of course, Crimea was a favorite place of the royal family," said Svetlana Shevchenko, a parishioner of the Moscow Sretensky Monastery and co-organizer of the exhibition.

The collection of photos continues to grow. It is collected by Hieromonk Ignatius of the Russian Orthodox Church together with like-minded people who organize exhibitions in different cities and countries. In the year of the family, the exposition is especially popular.

"The royal family is a symbol of love and fidelity - we timed this exhibition here. We hope that those who will come to this exhibition, they will like this exhibition", - said Natalia Moskvina, acting director of Andreyevsky Palace of Culture.

This photo exhibition has already been seen abroad: in Serbia, Italy, Romania, Argentina. This month it is being held in several regions of Russia: Yaroslavl, Moscow and Sevastopol, so that as many people as possible can feel the atmosphere of love and respect that was maintained in the family of the last Russian emperor.
