His Eminence was served by the following: Archpriest Sergius Seleznev, dean of the Moskvoretsky Church District of the Moscow (City) Eparchy, Archpriest Anatoly Varnavsky, rector of the Church of Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky at the Moscow City Duma, Archpriest Alexander Marchenkov, rector of the Church of St. Maron the Deserted in Old Panehs in Moscow.

At the Litany of Liturgy, special petitions for the health of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia were proclaimed; on this day, the Primate of the Russian Church celebrated his birthday. At the end of the Liturgy, a prayer was offered and many years to His Holiness the Patriarch were proclaimed.
At the end of the service Metropolitan Gregory, with the blessing of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, presented Patriarchal awards: the medals of the Order of Prince Alexander Nevsky were awarded to the Chairman of the Moscow City Duma A.V. Shaposhnikov and the head of the Moscow City Council A.V. Shaposhnikov. V.A. Timofeev of the Moscow City Duma apparatus. The awards were given in attention to the assistance in the restoration of the temple of the Blessed Prince Alexander Nevsky at the Moscow City Duma.
