The Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science has published Order No. 2205 of November 27, 2024 «On state accreditation of educational activities of the Religious Organization — spiritual educational organization of higher education "Tavricheskaya Theological Seminary Simferopol and Crimean Eparchy of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate)" with regard to the level of higher education Bachelor's degree in the direction 48.03.01 "Theology"».

This decision was made on the basis of the conclusion of the expert group of Rosobrnadzor on the results of the accreditation examination conducted at the theological school on November 21, 2024.
The accreditation examination evaluated the seminary on six main indicators. The highest number of points was awarded for writing a diagnostic paper, which was successfully completed by fourth-year undergraduate students studying «Theology».

The passing of the state accreditation procedure is one of the most important events for the Tauride Theological Seminary in 2024. Graduates who will graduate from the university in the program «Theology» will receive state diplomas recognized by employers state institutions. And for the seminary itself, new prospects will open up, related to obtaining budgetary places and allocation of budgetary funding for educational and other activities.
