On June 24, 2024, with the blessing of Metropolitan Kirill of Stavropol and Nevinnomyssk, Chairman of the Synodal Committee for Interaction with Cossacks, the first Forum of Cossack Youth of the Tersk Troops Cossack Society was held in the village of Zavetnoye, Kochubeyevsky District, Stavropol Territory.

The plenary session of the forum was preceded by a procession from the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God «Skoroposlushnitsa» to the Palace of Culture and a requiem liturgy at the monument to the soldiers-defenders who fell during the Great Patriotic War, for all the soldiers who laid down their lives for the Orthodox faith and our Fatherland, and for the newly deceased, innocently killed Archpriest Nikolai Kotelnikov and servant of God Michael.
The work of the plenary session was headed by Archpriest Pavel Samoilenko, a priest of the Tersk Troops Cossack Society. The participants were greeted by Metropolitan Kirill, who noted the importance of working with Cossack youth.
The meeting was attended by the ataman of the SOKO TVKO Alexander Kulikov, chairman of the Duma of the Kochubeyevsky municipal district Lyudmila Yelfinova, head of the Zavetnensky territorial division Igor Meda, a representative of the Ministry of the Cossack Youth and Youth Affairs of the Russian Cossacks. Oksana Voskovets, rector of the Church of the Blessed Great Prince Dimitriy Donskoy in Stavropol, Priest Anthony Skrynnikov, who made a presentation on Russian Neo-Paganism: History, Idea and Myths, Cossacks, Cossack girls, representatives of Cossack youth and others.
A variety of master classes, exhibitions were organized for all participants. The participants of the forum were able to see the internal structure and decoration of the kureni — traditional Cossack dwelling and even more penetrate into the Cossack life.

The first Cossack Youth Forum of the Tersk Troops Society, which brought together 500 participants of different ages, ended with a gala concert and a rich festive dinner with field kitchens, meat on the fire and ice cream.
