His Eminence was served by clerics of the Stephano-Makhrishchi monastery and the monastery's suburb in the village of Talitsy, as well as guests of the monastery in the clergy.
At the service prayed Metropolitan Jonathan (Eletskikh), Abbess Higumen Elisaveta (Zhegalova) with her sisters, guests and pilgrims.
The monastery's sister choir performed liturgical chants, including works by Metropolitan Ioanathan (Eletskykh).
At the end of the Liturgy, Metropolitan Theognost read the decree of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia on granting the Stephanovsky Church of the Stephan-Makhrishchi Monastery the right to celebrate the Divine Liturgy in it with the Royal Gates open for the «Our Father».
