His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Mr.. Porphyrios will visit the Diocese of Düsseldorf and Germany on June 22 and 23, 2024.
His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Mr. Porphyrios will be received by His Eminence Metropolitan of Germany, Msgr. Gregory with the clergy, monks and faithful people of God. A solemn glorification will be celebrated on this occasion. Earlier today, at 11:15 a.m., Patriarch Porfiry will conduct a funeral service at the Olsdorf Cemetery, when a burial plot will be set aside for Hamburg parishioners. The following day, June 23, Patriarch Porfiry will serve the Holy Liturgy with the act of the great consecration of the Church of St. Michael the Archangel in Hamburg, beginning at 9:30. A reception for His Holiness will take place at 9 o'clock.
