His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Mr.. Porfiry, together with His Eminence Bishop of Bač, Mr.. Irinej, a member of the Holy Synod of Bishops, received today at the Patriarchal Palace in Belgrade His Eminence Metropolitan of Volokolamsk, Msgr. Anthony, Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate, and Archpriest Nikolai Balashov, Counselor to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.
In a cordial and substantive conversation, mutual satisfaction with the fraternal cooperation between the two Churches and the two faithful peoples was emphasized. The interlocutors paid special attention to overcoming the challenges facing the Orthodox Church
