The main celebrations will take place in 2025, but the 107th anniversary of the restoration of Patriarchy in Russia marks the start of the jubilee year.
The online resource «St. Tikhon and his legacy: to the 100th anniversary of his repose» was created on behalf of organizing committee of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the death of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, by the editorial office of the informational and educational Internet portal «Parishes» with the support of the Equal-to-the-Apostles Prince Vladimir Charitable Foundation. The events are grouped by diocese, as well as by themes and formats: divine services, exhibitions, concerts, lectures, pilgrimages, lessons, excursions, fairs. By the launch of the project, information about nearly 3,000 events and activities has been published to tell contemporaries about the personality of St. Tikhon, his works and legacy, and the role of the Patriarchate.
The database will be replenished during the year. Also on the resource «St. Tikhon and his legacy: to the 100th anniversary of his repose» will be published news about events taking place in the dioceses of the Moscow Patriarchate. In addition, for the convenience of Internet users and in order to popularize the educational activities of dioceses news will be posted in «VKontakte» and in Zen Channel.

The Organizing Committee for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the death of St. Tikhon, Patriarch of Moscow, was established by the Holy Synod in a session dated March 24, 2022 (Journal No. 21).
