Pope Francis showed “a slight improvement” on Wednesday, the Vatican said Feb. 26, but his “prognosis remains reserved.” The pope was admitted to Rome’s Gemelli Hospital on Friday, Feb. 14, to undergo testing and treatment for bronchitis.
