On June 16, the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin, on the same day at the Mother Church of St. Gregory the Illuminator, accompanied by the leader of the Armenian Eastern Diocese of the United States, His Eminence Fr. Hogeshno, acting priest of Mesrop Bishop of Parsamian and Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin. The resurrection of Rev. Kirakosyan.

Having asked for the fatherly blessing of the Armenian Patriarch, Archbishop Mesrop presented the newly ordained father priests.


The Catholicos of All Armenians, blessing the churchmen, emphasized that the mission of the Church is successful due to the dedicated clergy and charged the newly ordained father-priests to carry out their service to the Church with dedication and selflessness.


His Holiness also urged the newly ordained clergymen not to give up before difficulties and trials, to devote themselves to their service, to teach and educate Armenians, to instill in them faith in God, love for their Motherland and the Holy Church.


During the meeting the newly ordained fathers also expressed their gratitude to His Holiness, promising to fulfill the expectations of the Armenian Patriarch and unconditionally serve the Lord of Heaven and the Armenian people.
