On March 28, H.H. Karekin, the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, received at Holy Etchmiadzin of the Mother See Martin Ernekian, CEO of America Airports Corporation, who arrived in the Mother See to assume godfatherhood of the child of Argentinean Armenian businessman Juan Pablo Margarian.
At the meeting, His Holiness conveyed his blessing to the Ernekian and Markarian families, praising them for organizing the baptism of their child in the Holy See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
His Holiness also expressed his gratitude to the devoted Armenians for their constant support of the Motherland and the Armenian Church, noting with satisfaction that the Armenian people have such worthy children who support their Motherland with various pro-Armenian initiatives.
During the talk the challenges affecting the life of the country and the ways of overcoming them were also discussed.
