November 15, 2024 in the Red Hall of the Moscow Architectural Institute held a solemn anniversary conference in honor of the 275th anniversary of the Moscow School of Architecture. The event was attended by guests of honor — state and public figures, heads of universities, famous architects, faculty and staff of the Institute.

Acting Chairman of the Expert Council on Church Art, Architecture and Restoration Priest Vladislav Mishin delivered a greeting to MARHI from His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.
In his congratulatory message, the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church emphasized the activities of the Department of Temple Architecture, «whose graduates take part in the design and reconstruction of Orthodox churches in the dioceses of the Russian Orthodox Church in Russia and abroad» and also highlighted the role of the Center for Classical and Traditional Architecture of MARHI in the construction of temple buildings.
Rector of MARHI D.O. Shvidkovsky heartily thanked all the guests for kind words, valuable gifts and attention. He expressed the hope that the next memorable dates of the institute will also be honored. will be celebrated in the same warm, friendly circle.
