Due to restrictions introduced in connection with the isolation regime in Moscow, many elderly people this year were unable to come to the temple for the traditional consecration of Easter cakes and eggs. A real salvation for them was the initiative of volunteers of the Moscow branch of the public organization 'Combat Brotherhood', which unites veterans of local wars and military conflicts.

Before going home to the believers, Easter meals were consecrated at the courtyard of the Church of the Annunciation of the Most Holy Theotokos in Fedosyino. Then the volunteers delivered these symbols of Easter joy to addresses from a previously prepared list. As noted by the head of the primary department of the public organization 'Combat Brotherhood', this was done 'in compliance with all necessary precautions and rules of high alert.' Thus, many people, deprived of the joy of common prayer in the church on the feast of the Resurrection of the Lord, received at least a little consolation.
