As the portal 'World of News' clarifies, the developers of the virtual temple were employees of the sales studio Krem and My Duck's Vision. According to them, the temple was created in accordance with all Orthodox canons. At a time when visiting ordinary churches, chapels and monasteries is not recommended due to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic, the virtual version provides an alternative way to immerse yourself in the temple space and perform prayer, without violating the self-isolation regime.
In essence, the new project is a three-dimensional tour of the ornate cathedral, accompanied by the sound of spiritual chants. In accordance with the intention of the creators, the decoration of the temple can be viewed from several points to which the visitor can move. Unfortunately, lighting a candle or submitting a health note will not work here. The conclusion about how much staying in the virtual temple contributes to salvation is given the opportunity to make each of the visitors personally.
