An art action in support of family values was held in Kaluga

The action called 'Family - Small Church' took place on the Children's Day at the Nikitsky Church in Kaluga. Its organizers suggested that any of the townspeople choose a poster with an inscription on a family theme and take a picture with it against the background of the monument to Saints Peter and Fevronya, who in modern Russia are considered the patrons of marriage.

Among the slogans on the posters were the following variants of the inscriptions: “Loyalty is the choice of the strong”, “Family is the unity of thoughts and deeds”, “To honor parents is sacred, to take care of children is natural”. As is evident from the photo report about the action posted on the website of the Kaluga Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church, young women most often chose posters with the words “Love is a decision for life” and “If you love, get married”. But the representatives of the older generations were more impressed by the slogans about the strength of the family, reverence for parents and caring for children.
According to the Nika TV channel, along with the many residents of Kaluga attracted by the bright action, members of the Dobr @ del volunteer movement, the youth movement of the Nikitsky temple of the city, as well as representatives of the regional Public Chamber and the clergy of the diocese took part in it.
