According to the Moscow information portal 'My District', on Monday, April 8, the miraculous icon of the Mother of God 'Look at humility' from the Kiev Svyato-Vvedensky monastery arrived in the capital of Russia. Until May 12, from 8 to 20 hours, it will be available for worship of believers in the church under construction in the name of St. Hermogenes in the Golyanovo area at 21 Uralskaya Street (opposite the Shchelkovskaya metro station). The holy image is known for the fact that in 1993 the faces of the Mother of God and the Infant God were displayed on the glass covering the icon - today it is displayed next to the icon itself. An examination carried out in the 90s of the last century showed that there was an organic change in the structure of the glass. The icon, belonging to the 'Guidebook' type, is a 19th century copy of the miraculous image of 1420, which appeared on Kamennoye Lake in the Pskov region. The icon was transferred to the church of the Kiev Vvedensky monastery by the schema-nun Theodora, who kept the shrine for 55 years. Before the miraculous icon of the Mother of God 'Look at humility' they pray for healing from various diseases, including drug addiction and drunkenness, as well as for the gift of children, for reconciliation of warring parties, for marriage, family well-being, getting the desired job and, in general, choosing a life path. Bringing the miraculous icon 'Look at humility' from Kiev to Moscow has become a good tradition in recent years. This time it will be located in a Byzantine-style temple complex under construction in the east of Moscow, designed for five hundred people.
