On Monday in Maryamia - the patriarchal cathedral of the capital of Syria, Damascus - a festive service was held in the name of the founders of the Antiochian local church, the holy chief apostles Peter and Paul. The conciliar prayer on the day of the holiday was led by His Beatitude Patriarch of Great Antioch and the whole East, John X, who was co-served by numerous bishops and priests.
