Crucifix Necklace

This cross necklace of olive tree wood was blessed on the Stone of Anointing at Jerusalem’s Temple of the Holy Sepulcher. A beautiful style for many occasions, it may be a great buy for yourself or a gift idea for your friends. For Christians the olive tree has a thoughtful meaning, symbolizing peace, fertility, abundance, and from the earliest times it has been used for production of church supplies and the holy chrism (myrrh).

Both woodcarving and pokerwork were meticulously hand crafted in the Holy Land by family artisans.
